cancellation policy 

I understand that you may need to change your booking, and I kindly request that you provide me with a MINIMUM of 48 hours to allow me enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone 0481 973 100 if you cannot make your appointment.Cancellations within 24 hours,no shows or last minute rescheduling will incur 100% of your treatment cost to be charged.

gift vouchers

Our Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable to third party. Our Gift Certificates may be used on any service or product. They are not valid to be used for cancellation or no show fee’s. They must be presented at time of treatment to be valid – we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers. Gift Certificates can be purchased in the salon or online. Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hrs will forfeit their voucher or be required to pay the cancellation fee.

Any treatment package that is purchased in salon is not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable.

All of our products are purchased from authentic suppliers. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
